About the Course

This 1/2 day workshop is designed for businesses who want to increase their understanding of sustainability, why it is important and what the practical steps are to create a robust Business Case for sustainable action.


Through interactive sessions and case studies, participants will explore how sustainability practices contribute to long-term profitability, resilience, and positive societal impact.


Participants will leave with an actionable plan to support their business adapt to the changing operating environment which is driven by Climate Change and global challenges.

Module 3: Building a Purpose-Driven Organisation

  • Defining organisational purpose aligned with sustainability goals.

Module 4: Implementing Sustainable Practices

  • Practical steps to integrate sustainability into business operations.
